  • Fulltime or schedule record every telephone call faithfully, includes analog, digital and VoIP lines.
  • Real time monitors the call and its status.
  • Conduct single or combined query with certain conditions, such as sart time,end time,UCID (unique call identifier), agent ID, caller ID, called ID, and extension number. Support fuzzy query.
  • Multi-playback mode, server bugle playback, telephone playback, and network stream playback.
  • Voice data download to local computer and conversion voc file to wav file.

  • Statistics, analysis and report form functions, and transform the report to EXCEL document.
