Step 1: Guest pre-registers with a pin-code before arrival, or registers onsite to get a pin-code

Step 2: System identifies guest

Step 3: System automatically prints out a guest badge with a unique WiFi login details on; at the same time, relevant company staff is informed about guest visit via the system

Step 4: Guest connects to Wifi and gains access to the assigned meeting facilities; before guest’s visitor badge was printed, he/she has no access right to the facilities.

Step 5: Have a nice meeting!

The system traces guest’s location by information from WiFi infrastructure​. The system integrated with Azure AD and exchange online to access identity and meeting room’s resource calendar​. If user who scheduled a meeting with meeting room resources and walking to the WiFi coverage of meeting rooms, the system trigger a check in and show in the dashboard.​
