Password Authentication System

The system provides in-the-call authentication for the customer to input the password by keypad. Call will continue with the same agent when authentication flow completed.

Password Authentication to call center and customer service agent are always a pain point for security risk, because password leakage always happen during conversation to the agent, because spoken password will be intercept by the agent and leakage happen at this point. ESi Password Authentication System provides in-the-call authentication that, the customer will input the password by keypad, and call will continue with the same agent when authentication flow completed.

Compatible Platform

  • Response Group receive PSTN call and forward call to available agents based on Lync Presence status
  • A client side plug-in to show customer information in Pop up screen
  • Retrieve customer information from Customer’s database via OLEDB or Web Service.
  • A Lync UCMA based Application to provide call forward to password service
  • Agent can switch the user call to password server for authentication
  • After authentication success or failed, it will return the result to the UCMA based Application
  • Web service API for 3rd party integration
